Ex-White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan admits the Bush administration has been using Fox News as a mouthpiece for conservative propaganda. Propagandizing the public is supposed to be illegal, but when you outsource it to a private corporation I guess the laws don't apply. This is just despicable. Add this to the already long list of impeachable crimes performed by these crooks.

You don't say. That was sarcasm. No joke man. All the rest are the opposition to conservative view points. It's 1 network vs the rest. News is packaged to help political parties. Fox is the right and all the rest are the left in this country. The BBC is a bit more to the right these days, but still pathetically to the left on most issues. It's marketting, the news they choose to report is just to grab your attention and once they have it then they can begin to assist you in your view of the world. News papers, web sites and tv networks are ways to control a population and to shape the way that they believe and what they think is fact. I like fox news because they lean hard to the right, just like me.
EDIT: I just had to edit this. More than that, they only report on the big news as an opportunity for advertising aswell. There is a lot of money to be made in the news idustry. Whatever it takes to get your attention and then once you are listening tell you about a product. It's smart. I don't have a problem with it. But you have to know what what's going on. Keep informed on polotics and how they are delivered to the public and these types of headlines won't suprise you.

All news is subjective , its all about taking news and deciding for oneself what happened and making you own viewpoint.
They are stakeholders that decide what can and what cannot be said.
Its funny you mention that fox is on the right, they have been accused of covering a lot more of Obamas campaign.

They're also trash talking his views and polocies like no other network.

You can't equate Fox with the other networks you mentioned. Fox News was expressly created by financial and corporate elites to be a propaganda organ to what Karl Rove calls "the base". Whatever you think of the others, they remain legitimate news organizations. Fox is by design a right-wing turd outlet aimed at the lowest common denominator.

All media outlets have a bias. Fox is just honest about theirs. Is it me or do the other networks want Obama to win in the worst way? Did anybody watch the Obama world coronation tour coverage? Do you think they would give McCain 25% of the coverage they gave to Obama?

Come on, Pat. I expect better from you. Fox still claims to be "fair and balanced", which is laughably false on its face.
As far as press coverage of Obama's tour is concerned, it is a major newsworthy event, especially given the reception he has received abroad. McCain has received similar coverage for his overseas trips.

You are the ideal news consumer.
EDIT:Have you gone green yet? I'll check back later, you need to get on that. Global warming is here...Duck for cover.

According to a new study done by the center for Media and Public Affairs at George Mason University, the three networks have been tougher on Obama than McCain:

Also check out this article on McCain's "free ride" in the press:

Yes, some of the coverage of Obama's trip has been a little breathless, but try to rise above reflexive accusations of bias.

Compare the coverage of US Weekly magazine (owned by Rolling Stone magazine publishers):
Attack article vs puff piece
Right, the media is tougher on Obama, take another hit and pass it along
