Fractured fairytale

Some times I wonder if the Bible as we know it was translated correctly. Maybe pc aka political correctness was used in the story about jesus, five loaves of bread, and two fish to feed 5000 people. In reading the scripture then talk about people sitting in high grass, Maybe the real story was everyone was high on grass and only thought they ate the bread and fish therefore leaving plausibility why there was so much leftovers.
