Linux used on Jericho tv series

Clearly they're using an old version of Gnome. The laptop is used by the character named Hawkins who may or may not be a bad guy. This is from last week's episode (aired 4/4/2007).

That's pretty crusty. Looks kind of like Debian Woody. :o Nevertheless, it's cool to see Linux being used.

Is that an X-Chat window I see?

I have heard that the show 24 also has computers on it that run linux, but I do not watch the show so I cannot confirm it. I would love to see that on all shows now when they do their super cool computer shots, you see gnome or kde. The sad part is that you dont see or hear people saying "Man on the show lastnight they showed a computer screen and it wasnt windows, what was that?"

btw, I tried to zoom into the picture to see what camera software they are using and cannot see it clear enough. I could sorta make out x-chat 1.8.x it is hard to see too.
