As of writing, freebsd.org doesn't contain an announcement about it, I'm not too much into mailinglists so there might be one there, but the ISO images are definitely on the main FTP server, ftp.freebsd.org, and it's also in Sweden, ftp.sunet.se, thsoe are the two places I've checked, but I'm sure it's on a lot of others mirrors too
