Installing Wine (Without an internet connection) i need help

Im using my dads comp right now for internet, he wont let me get internet in my room. Without internet im having trouble installing wine. i cant get an update and i had somebody help me with the manual install but it always ends up to having to do apt-get update...
if anybody can help feel free to post
P.S. I am using ubuntu plz help

Sure thing dude I'll help ya

You just download this file: wine_0.9.0-winehq-2_i386.deb

and then execute this command:

dpkg -i wine_0.9.0-winehq-2_i386.deb
