Dear Joel,

I understand you were having trouble connecting to the iTunes Store due to network issues. I am sorry for any frustration this caused you, but it was only a temporary error. A lot of iTunes users experienced connection issues over the last few days due to problems with their ISP. Many were Time Warner customers.

Thank you for taking the time to contact Apple about improving iTunes. Apple recognizes that no one is better qualified to provide feedback about iTunes than the people who use it.
