All Ballmer has to do to make himself look like an idiot is open his mouth. He seems to be doing it a lot more as of late. An old expression comes to mind, "it's better to be thought of as a fool, than open your mouth and remove all doubt." He could certainly benefit from taking that expression to heart.

Another gripe about the open source world respecting IP. Though it's funny that Ballme(r) doesn't say that open source should respect Microsoft's IP. This is getting rather tiring and redundant without some MS source code revelation.

It seems to be more about fear than actual proof of this so called patent infringement of ms ip. I doubt we will ever see any proof of it.
