The bensbargains link in my post links to the Woot sale. I only posted the bensbargains link because by tonight Woot will no longer have it and that link will be dead. I looked in the forums and I didn't see this already posted by Gorkon, so I'm a little confused by your post Pat. Anyway, I decided to pass on this. Going to save up for a really small notebook instead.

Gorkon actually sent me an email. Obviously I'd prefer to get the N800 since it's more powerful. I really don't have the cash for one of these right now. Beggars can't be choosers.

I would wait, Intel is coming out with a N800 like product which is also Linux based. I think the price for these type of products is going to drop soon.

I just bought one and it's brilliant! I got mine from http://www.expansys.com for about £85 ($170) with a 1GB MMC card. Haven't stopped using it since I bought it.

It can be a little slow but live feeds are fine, OGG and MP3 are no problems, the RSS News Feed thing is great and to be honest it's ultimate geek!

Also with a GPS Bluetooth device it becomes a SatNav. Brilliant!

Buy one NOW and I promise you won't regret it!

I just bought one off of eBay and I love it!!! Yes it would be nice to get the N800 but the 770 is so cheap the wife didn't even bat an eye. Loads of fun!
