Looks like someone is trying to go after Messysoft with the RICO act!!!! It is a shame the doj does not have thiese kind of guts.

Which I would translate as "I didn't do it! You can't prove anything!"

Microsoft has never lied through their teeth before, right? The fact that 2 former Microsoft IP lawyers work for the company filing the suit is hard to ignore.
