Show 242 - New files

Post by dann » Thu Apr 24, 2008 9:21 pm

Just to let you guys know, my Arch system took a dump last night and would no longer boot into Arch. See my blog for the full story.

Anyway, I did not get the chance to properly process the files last night before I encoded them. I re-did the files so if you downloaded them before 10:00 p.m. on Thursday night and they sound bad to you, try the latest files. Here they are directly:

http://www.tllts.org/audio/tllts_242-04-23-08.ogg
http://www.tllts.org/audio/tllts_242-04-23-08.mp3

Right click and save target as, don't stream them ya noob.

I thought the originals sounded OK, but I'll download these and put them up on my mirror.

I could have done without 10 minutes of mike testing at the end, but I know where the fast forward button is. :D

That's the magic time bonus usually fitted for the ogg, but given the time contraints I left it in for the mp3 too. That's the magic a huge section our listeners clamor for. I figured you, Gomer_X, or all people would cherish those moments. Now I am sad

I'm not saying I didn't cherish those moments! Actually I've decided to just cut out that part, compress it, and save it as an MP3. Next time I have to do a sound check I can just play it into the microphone. It could become an industry standard! :D
