Much ado about nothing. These guys sensationalized a law that really only applies if you are doing forensics on computers that will be used in a legal capacity.

The author of the bill was getting so much negative feedback that he is no longer taking any calls according to newspaper reports. State agencies have been getting flooded with calls also trying to find out what is going on.
