They should offer a software package that detects fake virus software for $20.00. That should fix those windows users up.

This is a gem from the article:
Microsoft estimates that half of the computer crashes reported by callers to its customer support lines can be blamed on spyware messing up machines.
So Microsoft blames half of support line crash reports on spyware. I'm wondering what the other half are?
