Hey, long time listener and lurker. I share Patrick's love for Apple and just wanted to pass on this article:
http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columb ... -logo.html
This is the website of the school mentioned in the article: http://www.schoolvictoria.com/
I think this is a little harsh for Apple to act this way but I'm quite biased.

Wait ill apple comes out with their new product allegedly to be called the "Brick". Since it will probably run adobe products, you will not be able to say your home is made of adobe bricks when listing it for sale......
Re: Apple Continues Spreading the Love
How do you specialize in Drupal and yet not provide more than one class on OpenSource - Linux and BSD? Damn!
And I don't see how their logo in any way infringes on apple.
What are we going to see next, apple suing orchards because their trees are producing fruit that is may confuse consumers who may take a bite of a bad apple and falsely equate that experience with the Coopertino products?

They were obviously trying to get an endorsement from apple for their school computer labs by showing support by advertising for the company.
