What is your favorite MythTV feature?

My favorite MythTV feature without a doubt is commercial skipping.

Commercial skipping by far. I do also like the flexibility and ease of setting up multiple front-ends for the "full featured" experience. My least favorite is the music player (which I use on an almost daily basis). It really needs a complete re-write to bring it up to par with XBMC and Boxee. Supposedly it's coming soon.

Besides commercial skipping, my favorite feature is being able to watch programs on my schedule and then being in charge of the media.

a few things, its hard to pick 1.
i really like making DVD's of shows for my daughter. i LOVE the auto play dvd's for our cars. currently i capture around 10 episodes of PBS's word world and 10 of sesame street. i just wish there was a way to make a DVD auto play from a random point each time.

i like having so much space. i have 1 TB now, but i just got another TB and may add that my next rebuild.

i like knowing that i own it, sony,replaytv or the cable companies cant shut me down..... god bless the open source community !
