Sync Android to MythTV UserJob result directory

I've got a UserJob much like the Android compatible jobs on this forum running on a few recordings. I have my podcast app for Android but it does not do video. I don't mind using a file browser on the android to start playing the files. I would prefer to sync via wifi if possible. Maybe something similar to rsync?
Im' happy to clarify or post additional info if I've confused anyone.

i think i heard something about the guy who wrote mytharchive now has a android phone, which is good news for the rest of us, if its true.
