In the spirit of Dan's comments on F/OSS leechers I'd like to start a thread on F/OSS hypocrites. This can include anything from linux web sites with "Get the Facts" banners to companies who sell products that are clearly linux based and not giving anything back to the community.
Please post your examples.

Even though the BSD license allows you make proprietary versions of software under the BSD license, doesn't mean you should do it, I can could go to school and yell "WHORE" to every good looking girl around, but even though I can, doesn't mean I should. That's just my opinion, sometimes you have freedom in order to not use it.

They ship, and use free- and open source software, and yet they sue the people making it, and stifling innovation, the bastards!
