I try to be a good example of an Oklahoman. We're not idiots, we don't live in teepees, and the vast majority of us can actually operate a computer. Now this moron comes around and gives the whole state a bad name. One of my good friends from college is the best coder I know, not to mention being a state championship wrestler and all around bad ass, and he's from Tuttle, the same town as this jerk. Yet a thousand good coders from Tuttle couldn't attract a half a percent of the attention this guy has drawn to himself, ruining the good work of good people trying to give us a good reputation.

Don't know if this is any consolation for you, but in my eyes this guy just makes government officials look bad... not people from Oklahoma.

I noticed on this guy's bio page that he has an open invitation for anyone to stop by his office and visit him. If your friend ever gets back home to visit sometime, perhaps he'd be willing to stop by City Hall and say "Hi".
