I thought I'd get opinions on the best P2P software for Linux. I can't seem to find one I like so I turn to my fellow geeks.

I find http://gtk-gnutella.sourceforge.net/ works just fine for me. But, is it the best? I really can't comment, other than I like it more than others that I've tried so far.

I would go with azureus which is a java based bit torrent client that runs quite nicely on linux:

Give limewire a try. http://www.limewire.com. Has worked pretty well for me.

For Kazaa access (FastTrack network), I recommend Apollon and its FastTrack plugin.
