Show 79 Audio quality

Was it just me, or did it suck big time?

Very crackly, and clipping. And Pat always sounds really muffled. The audio coming from Skype was much better, but I found myself have to toggle the volume control depending on who was speaking.

Which file did you listen too? The ogg or the mp3?

I noticed a problem with the ogg recorded via the sb live card. I re-encoded the ogg which should have fixed a majority of these problems. I uploaded the file yesterday afternoon.

I found the mp3 to be a bit faint, but Linc reported to me it was fine for his playback.

I have this problem all the time. Can never hear Patrick or Alan (??) and always adjusting volumne according to who is speaking.

I have been using mostly the mp3's of late.
