ogg

this is a tough request. The iRivers do play ogg, but support is very limited requiring a high bit rate resulting in extremely large files.

I got my M3 used for $200. It has some small scratching on the screen and the case smells like smoke but for $200 its a good deal! When I bought this the X5 had just come out and the prices of the M3 should drop soon.DaveQB wrote:Damn! The U2 is 359 bucks!!

EDIT: I just heard the 6/8/05 podcast so to answer the question the M3 plays oggs perfectly. I even listened to this podcast on it. It usually takes less than a second to load ogg files.

Niiiice. I was putting off buying one becuase of the OGG thing but seems like I have no real excuse.
Of course, I know myself... I say I'll be happy with the $129 version but end up buying the most expensive.
Still,...even then, I wont get the same look from my wife that my brother got from his when he told his wife "No, no..its not just a music player: its an I-p-o-d."
